This position is part time 25 – 30 hours a week.

$15 – $20/hr. Depending on Experience.

Post open positions and interview applicants to determine qualification of candidates
Conduct background checks including drug tests for qualified applicants

Keep a flow of communication with applicants and answer any questions

Close offer to qualified candidates and inform potential candidates of wages as well as job responsibilities

Conduct the most creative ways to advertise and recruit for open positions

Perform onboarding activities for new hires

Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent

two years’ experience in HR or recruiting

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Exhibit excellent communication skills

Ability to motivate and inspire personnel
