This is a one-year assignment.

80K – 95K Depending on Experience.

Summary of Responsibilities:

§  Prepare and analyze financial records.

§  Compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance.

§  Responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, tax returns, bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, forecasting and budgeting.

§  Analyze financial operations to ensure the enterprise is running efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications:

§  Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).

§  Create new files, sort, utilize basic formulas and format data in Excel.

§  Have experience in accounting and/or contract and compliance work.

§  Capable of learning new computer skills (such as navigating databases, inputting data for reporting).

§  Have the aptitude to work independently and within a team, with minimal oversight.

§  Embody professionalism and in-person and electronic communication skills.

§  Multitask, manage, and track multiple projects at the same time.

§  Be able to operate with a sense of urgency, as necessary.

§  Four-year college degree is required.
