Maintenance Mechanic

Direct Hire

Pay: commensurate with experience, starts at $23.00/hour

Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday, 6am – 6pm

Essential Job Functions:

Possess advance troubleshooting skills for mechanical components of all plant equipment
Knowledge of installing mechanical drive components, i.e. belts, chains & bearings
Prior Training in machine shop equipment operating practices
Ability to do read and execute mechanical Set-up of machines to OEM specifications
Arc Welding skills and repair parts fabrication skills a must.
Pneumatic tube piping and hard piping up to 1 inch
Computerized Maintenance Software data entry.
Card wire winding techniques and installation methods, i.e., butt welding, brazing, winding
Emergency response to all in plant emergencies, i.e., fires and chemical spills

Equipment Used:

Power Tools:  i.e., Wrenches, drills, grinders
Welding equipment
Lathe and Milling machine
Card Winding, i.e., thickness gauges, dial indicator, winding tools
Fork Truck driving skill,
Overhead rigging, i.e., hoists and chain falls.

Any other maintenance tool required.
