Administrative Assistant/Coordinator

Temporary (20 to 25 hours per week)

$18+/hr.

Assist in the Human Resources department with tasks such as filing, auditing files and general administrative duties.  We are looking for an individual who is professional, efficient, and comfortable with the confidential nature of HR.  The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, is organized and able to work independently. Assuring steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to the success of this position.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

·        Filing of documents into the appropriate personnel files

·        Audit personnel files for accuracy and appropriate document placement

·        Set up phone screen interviews for the HR team

·        Some scanning may be required

·        Organize HR common areas and supplies

·        Direct employees to the appropriate HR staff as necessary

·        May include some general clerical duties including photocopying and scanning

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficiency in MS office with experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Ability to analyze and file with accuracy

Ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace

Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Exceptional communication skills

Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner

Work in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
