Human Resource Recruiter
Salary depending on experience.
You will work closely with all four Plant Facilities recruiting non-exempt and exempt positions. You will be responsible for creating ads for social media, scheduling interviews, orientations, special projects, and establishing relationships with hiring managers. Maintain various reports to support recruitment process. Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, and ADP.
Facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Create advertising job descriptions.
Maintains applicant tracking system for open positions.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years managing all phases of the recruitment in a manufacturing environment highly preferred.
Experience working ADP, a plus not a requirement.
