This is a recruiting-centered role focused on all nonexempt associates. The Recruiter will be responsible for all activities related to recruitment, on-boarding and new hire assistance to nonexempt associates.  This person will be an active member of the overall HR team and will provide support with regard to on-going projects.

You are a people person with a passion for recruitment. You’re creative, driven and always follow through on projects – from beginning to end, you own it. You have strong interpersonal skills, a basic technical background and an understanding of the world of hiring. As a recruiter, you will:

Play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals.

Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to develop creative and practical strategies for finding the best candidates.

Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies for recruiting the best talent for each role.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage.

Work closely with the management and HR team to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Negotiate potential offers and successfully close contracts with candidates.

Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates.

Maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements to the recruitment process as needed.

Maintain and update the ATS.

Be an ambassador for our culture and mission.

Efficiently and effectively fill open positions throughout the organization

Development and execution of recruiting plans

Conducting new hire orientation

Networking capabilities through industry contacts

Assist with the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

Research and implementation of new sources of active and passive candidate recruiting

Posting of job openings in appropriate venues

Manage and attend job fairs for recruitment and company recognition

High School Diploma or GED

Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience


Recruiting in manufacturing a plus
Knows fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization.
Strong written and communication skills
Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook and Excel.
Experience in a deadline driven environment.
