Fork Truck Operator
4th Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun 6AM-6PM $20.79/hr. (work 36 hours & get paid for 40!!)
$1,000 Attendance/Performance Bonus after 90 days of employment!!
Overview:
Receives, stocks and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishment. Responsibilities include those of a Warehouse Associate I with additional administrative requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives material from suppliers and production and verifies accuracy of packing lists against Purchase orders using SAP purchasing Screens or “Boxing report”.
- Counts, sorts and stores materials or items on racks, shelves or bins according to SAP inventory screens.
- Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distributes items to production areas as needed.
- Records quantities of material or items received or distributed by use of Material Requisitions, Receiving Ticket, Sample Requisition Forms, etc.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to companystandards.
- Operates material handling equipment such as fork truck, pallet jacks, and electronic counting/weighing scales.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Forklift and inventory experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- 1-2 years of Warehouse experience desired.
- This position requires lifting at least 50 pounds, handling 12 foot long crates with forklift, and computer (email and SAP) skills.
