Data Analyst

Position Overview

Provides analytical support to Operations, Planning, and Finance to enhance business operations and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand data analysis steps, enabling them to make important decisions based on various facts and trends.

Work with operational stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and recommendations for productivity improvement strategies.

Prepare reports for the management team stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret trends in data sets for the diagnosis and prediction of business outcomes.

Review and analyze facility expense spending to identify areas of potential productivity savings.

Review capital expenditure proposals for accuracy and cost savings potential.

Skills and Experience

Associates or bachelor’s degree in business w/4-years in business analytics.

Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred.

Microsoft Excel.

Critical Thinking.

R or Python-Statistical Programming preferred.

Data Visualization.

Presentation Skills.

Machine Learning.

Education

Associates Degree in Business
