Seacoast NH Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced professional to assume all Administrative responsibilities.

This Temp to Direct opportunity requires 5 years’ experience.

Must be proficient in Word, Excel Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities include:

Answering multi-line phone system.

Greet walk in traffic.

Handle and forward company voice mail.

Open and distribute mail.

Monitor and maintain supplies.

Maintain filing system.

A/P invoicing.

Work with staffing services.

Oversee travel arrangements.

Other activity as needed.
