This position reports directly to the Office Manager

Responsibilities:

·       Answer multi-line phone system

·       Greet and screen visitors

·       Handle and forward company voicemail

·       Monitor and maintain supplies and Filing

·       Oversee meeting preparation

·       Update electronic documents

·       Create purchase orders

·       Distribute weekly paychecks

·       Provide timesheets to staffing agencies

·       Create employee ID number and badges

·       Support IT efforts

·       Trade show/marketing support

Qualifications:

·       Must possess a high school diploma

·       Three years plus administrative experience preferred.

·       Must be detail oriented.

·       Must be proficient in Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
